Meditation WA teaches yoga- and tai chi-based meditation and relaxation techniques that bring peace, enjoyment and simplicity. The techniques can be practiced individually or in a group setting.

Who We Are

About Us

Meditation WA is the West Australian branch of the Australian School of Meditation and Yoga. The non-sectarian, non-profit organisation is run by qualified teachers.

Our instructors volunteer their time and expertise to teach yoga- and tai chi-based classes, guiding practitioners through breathing exercises, simple postures and meditation techniques that promote balance, relaxation and wellbeing.
