Meditation WA is the West Australian branch of the Australian School of Meditation and Yoga. The non-sectarian, non-profit organisation is run by qualified teachers.
Our instructors volunteer their time and expertise to teach yoga- and tai chi-based classes, guiding practitioners through breathing exercises, simple postures and meditation techniques that promote balance, relaxation and wellbeing.
Meditation WA programmes are open to people from all backgrounds, regardless of age or ability level. Attend a class to free yourself from anxiety and foster inner peace.
To help as many people as possible, we run our classes by donation. Your donation will allow Meditation WA to continue offering classes for as long as we exist.
