Mindfulness and Meditation classes consist of:
- Progressive body relaxation (Yoga nidra)
- Focused Breathing (Pranayama)
- Japa Meditation, a technique that redirects the senses by using meditation beads.
- Kirtan Meditation Yoga sound meditation with musical instruments like the harmonium .
Immerse yourself in the now with different techniques designed to transport you to a place of relaxation, inner peace and harmony. Our Mindfulness and Meditation class will help you relax and clear your mind to help give you mental clarity allowing you to gain a greater understanding of life.
